HSB is certified by the Department of Environment (D.O.E) as a licensed waste contractor under Section 18(1) and Section 18(1A) for scheduled waste category SW321. Our operations follow strict regulatory standards to ensure safe, responsible, and compliant waste management practices.

We work closely with the D.O.E in conducting the treatment and processing of scheduled waste and recycling rubber into reclaimed rubber. In addition, all waste handling and disposal activities are carried out in alignment with ISO 14001 environmental management requirements.
